A Property Portfolio Management Service (PPMS) is a service which provides professional management of properties under one ownership to create wealth. It aims to cater to the investment needs of individuals or entities with high-net-worth value by providing them high-end solutions.

Harsiddhi Realtors team will manage complete portfolio. A separate manager will be provided for this service.

PPMS service will enable one to save on time which can be invested in something more fruitful. It may be due to multiple factors such as hunting for appropriate tenants, Background verification, Soundness verification, Negotiation up to finalization, Agreement execution, Proofreading agreements, Legal paperwork & Documentation, Timely Recoveries, Physical verification reasonable intervals, Record Keeping, ROI Analysis, Maintaining vacant properties (if any) Etc.   

Fees to be payable for this service is 4.5% + taxes of the total returns. It is payable every year till the client continue this service – subsequent year fees may reduce considering same tenants continue.

(Fees Includes – All charges i.e., Account keeping, Maintaining property, agreement and drafting charges, Report generation charges, consultation charges etc. Property taxes & other outgoing relating to property to be borne by owners)

Fee’s will be charges in installments – a contract will be entered between client & Harsiddhi Realtors for maintaining their portfolio.
