Harsiddhi Realtors fee structure for Services offered is as follows
For Outright Purchase/Sale Transaction (RTMI / Investor Inventories)
1.18% of the Transaction Value (0.18% GST Component)
1.77% in certain scenarios based on ticket size* (0.27% GST Component)
*for smaller ticket size – up to Rs.50 Lakhs
For Outright Purchase/Sale Transaction (Under Construction Properties)
No Brokerage is Payable by Client (Only Ad-hoc Consultation charges are payable for Extended Services if opted For (Ex-Agreement Facilitation, Proof Reading, TDS and Taxation Advisory etc)
For Lease Transactions
1 Month’s Rent + 0.18% GST on commission (Lease Tenure up to 3 Years)
Long Lease Transaction (3 Years & Above) – 2 Month’s Rent + 0.18% GST on commission/Brokerage or If paid upfront 1.5 Month’s Rent + 0.18% GST on Commission/Brokerage
For Property Portfolio Management Services
Irrespective of the size of the Portfolio service charges applicable are 4% of the transaction Value + 0.18% GST on Service Charges
For RERA Registration Services (Agents)
New Registration – Service fee of Rs.2,500 + 0.18% GST is Payable.
For Renewal of Registration – Service fee of Rs.1,000 + 0.18% GST is Payable.
For RERA Registration Services (Developers)
New Registration – Fees Chargeable is Rs.30,000 + 0.185 GST
For Extension – Fees Chargeable is Rs.15,000 + 0.18% GST
For Retainership Services – Fees Chargeable is Rs.10,000+0.18 GST (per Quarter) and Many more
For Redevelopment Services
Service charges for Redevelopment Services depends on Packages opted for
