All agents and developers who want to provide Real Estate services must register under RERA. Developers are liable to disclose all details of the project and all agents who are supposed to deal with particular projects of the developer. The regulator will keep track of all registered agents on the website.

Agent Registration is to be done online on the MAHARERA website which is https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/

• Address Proof
• Income Tax Return
• Acknowledgement for 3 Years
• Letter Head
• Rubber Stamp
• Payment Receipt

Self Certified Declaration for the same can be submitted.

Fees Payable for Registration in the individual name  is Rs 10000+ Gst. Fess payable for  Non Individuals(Including Sole Proprietor) is Rs. 100000+ Gst. Mode Of Payment for Rera Registration for Agents NEFT, RTGS or any other Digital Transaction Mode.

Certificate is usually received in a span of 30 working days.
