Fees to be payable for this service is 4.5% + taxes of the total returns. It is payable every year till the client continue this service – subsequent year fees may reduce considering same tenants continue.
(Fees Includes – All charges i.e., Account keeping, Maintaining property, agreement and drafting charges, Report generation charges, consultation charges etc. Property taxes & other outgoing relating to property to be borne by owners)
